Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 seeking fair and contestable digital markets. It imposes obligations on designated gatekeepers for their core platform services. Article 6(11) requires search data access for other search engines on fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms, with anonymisation of the relevant users’ personal data. The GDPR still applies to personal data processing.
