Short definition
A professional SCPI measure dividing debt and other deferred-payment commitments by realisation value plus those same obligations. Interpretation requires the disclosed scope, including any indirect holdings, and the valuation date. It differs from a ratio based on acquisition costs and is not, by itself, a bank-loan covenant test.
