Short definition
An SCPI measure comparing billed rent and certain convention-based rental values with potential rental income. It includes rent-free premises, early access for future tenants and specified vacant or refurbishment categories under the ASPIM method. Weighted by rent, it measures neither occupied floor area nor cash collected.
