Income reporting measure for French SCPI funds

Short definition
Annual gross distribution per unit, including exceptional payouts and taxes paid for the investor under the ASPIM methodology, divided by the reference price. Variable-capital funds use the subscription price on 1 January; fixed-capital funds use the preceding year’s transaction-weighted average buyer price. It excludes changes in capital value and is not final personal after-tax income.
