Short definition
Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 on digital operational resilience in finance, applicable since January 17, 2025. It addresses ICT risk, major incidents, testing and ICT supplier relationships for financial entities within its scope. European oversight of critical providers complements each entity’s responsibility to manage its own risks.
