Contractual access to an existing oil stock
freshreviewed 0 days ago
Short definition
A paid agreement reserving access to oil specified by quantity, product, location and period. The right to acquire or take delivery depends on the agreed terms. Before purchase, the oil remains with its owner; the seller excludes the reserved quantity from coverage of its own obligation. A ticket allocates rights over physical inventory without creating more oil.
